Hi, dear Guru, my son(single) will be 35 yr old next Aug.2013 and in interested in
Boon Lay Drive (5rm) area. May I know when is the most approporate period for him to puchase a resale flat.Thanks.

Afternoon Irene,

Your son can work on the credit status around 2 weeks prior to his birthday and start the hunt around the same period. However, he can only place an offer afte this official birthday.
